About Us

Audio Visions has been crafting great home entertainment systems since 1995. From our start in Canton, Ohio in 1995 as a mostly “ two channel audiophile” store, we have grown with the market to become one of the most accomplished Home Entertainment systems providers in Northeast Ohio.

Literally thousands of customers can attest to the satisfaction, value and enjoyment they have from the products and services installed by Audio Visions.  Most of these customers return to update, expand or service their systems.

Today Audio Visions is headquartered in Strongsville, Ohio, across from South Park mall, accessible via the I 71 Ohio Rt 82 exit, minutes from downtown Cleveland and a short ride from Summit Country. You will find the best values in theater Projectors, Amplifiers, Surround Sound Processors, Speakers, Sound Bars, and Home Automation Control systems.

Who are we?

Unlike many of our competitors, we work to help you understand your interests, then describe options, perform a thorough design, and estimate the time and cost before you spend a nickel.  This saves everyone time and frustration.  It is a partnership. Our systems are backed by vendor warranties, extended service warranties and service contracts, and local service in our shop is available for many of the products. Locally owned and operated, our interest  in satisfaction is the same as yours. We are only happy if you are.

A L E R T ! Rhapsody Errors

We have received reports of interruptions to the playback of music through Napster (previously known as Rhapsody) on Control4 systems. Napster has started a transition from the previous RAD file format to AAC. The transition is happening gradually as they process their entire music
library.

The new AAC format is not currently support by Control4, therefore songs that have been converted cannot playback through our systems. This is causing some playback issues, including songs to appear to be missing or unplayable, as well as introducing long pauses between tracks in a playlist.

We wanted to alert you that we are aware of this incompatibility and are laser-focused on rectifying the issue quickly and diligently. We will be notifying customers that are currently using Napster (Rhapsody) within their homes so they are aware of the issue.

We appreciate your patience as we work on a solution, once the issue has been resolved we will let you and your customers know.
